Configuring Apple Calendar in macOS 10.12 or later

Setting up your Apple Calendar is done in 3 easy sets
Launch System Preferences —> Internet Accounts
Click on “Add Other Account…”
Click on CalDAV account
In the drop down menu:
Account Type: Change from Automatic to Manual
Username: david@digitaltransitions.ca
Password: abc123
Server Address: colony.mailhive.ca
