Configuring Apple AddressBook in macOS 10.12 or later

Configuring your Apple AddressBook is done in 3 easy steps:
Launch System Preferences —> Internet Accounts
Click on “Add Other Account…”
Click on CardDAV account
In the drop down menu:
Account Type: Change from Automatic to Manual
Username: david@mailhive.ca
Password: abc123
Server Address: colony.mailhive.ca
