How do I Increase / Decrease the amount of emails I see in my GMAIL client?
By default, Android devices show 1 week of emails. If you have more emails that you want to see, or alternatively you are running low on storage space on your phone and you need to clear up more space, follow these steps.
1.) Launch the gmail account
2.) Look for the hamburger in the top left. This is left side in the search mail section and looks like 3 straight horizontal lines.
3.) In the slide out menu, choose settings
4.) Then choose your email account
5.) Then look down in the “Data Usage” section and change it to your preferred settings
6.) Click done when you are happy with how far back you’d like your email to sync from.
